A Maast application starts at creation and moves through different stages depending on actions taken by you or the underwriting team. The Dashboard provides a graphical display and an overview of all your applications. All applications are accessed by selecting Applications from the menu.
The table below describes each status option available at each application stage.
Application Status | Description | Options Available |

Incomplete | An application is Incomplete from the time it is created until a clickthrough is recorded. Applicants are prompted to attach documentation. Application status is updated to Documentation. |

Documentation | The applicant has clicked through the terms. The supporting materials are required, or the application is waiting to be submitted. Application status is updated to Submitted. |

Submitted | An application is submitted. A new section in the Application Detail is available - Boarding Activity, displaying where an application is in the boarding workflow and the timing at each station. | |
Credit Pending | Once an underwriter starts processing the application. The application will move to Credit Pending. | |
Approved | The underwriter approves the application. Application status is updated to Approved. The Application Process in the Application Detail will display automated steps to build and board the new Maast account. The merchant account is built within minutes of approval. You can use the new link to the Merchant ID in the Application Overview to access the new account. The products will drive how the boarding will complete. | |
Complete | The application has now completed all the steps for boarding. Application status is updated to Complete. | |
Declined | The application is declined. Application status is updated to Declined. | |
Withdrawn | An application is withdrawn by you or one of your users. Application status is updated to Withdrawn. | |
Canceled | An application is canceled by the underwriter or one of your users. Application status is updated to Canceled. |
